Signal Management Group was engaged by Nikken Foods of Japan to manage the planning of a 19 hectare Health & Ecology Business park north of Oamaru.

Signal led the first stages of the project to seek Resource Consent and prepare concept design. The infrastructure development cost for the entire site was estimated to be in the order of $6M.

Intending to act as a catalyst for other international companies to trade within the area, Nikken Foods has unfortunately had to put this exciting and visionary project on hold after the passing away of the company's owner and founder.
