Signal was commissioned by well known Wanaka development company Infinity Investment Group, to manage the design and construction of community recreation complexes at two of Infinity's residential developments in Wanaka: Riverside Park and Peninsula Bay.

Both facilities include three outdoor pools (a large recreation pool, a toddler's pool and a spa pool), outdoor barbeque areas, changing, toilet and shower facilities, a gymnasium, kitchen and community room.

A very challenging timeframe was set by Inifinity for the design and construction of both complexes and they were successfully delivered in time for a summer opening.
