On the old Red Barn Garden centre site, Signal was engaged by Home Centre Properties in November 2013 to manage the design and construction of a purpose-built building for three retail food spaces.

The design was to align with the requirements of two national food chain operators and meet the requirements of the developer's budget and design parameters.

Construction activities commenced on the project on 8 July 2014. The first of the two stores was opened in December 2014 in time for the busy Christmas period. The second larger tenancy commenced trading in March 2015 as planned.
