Today's Cobb & Co is a strong brand name synonymous with family dining amongst comfortable surroundings, offering traditional menus often served in buildings that have a place in our historic past.

Since opening its first restaurant in 1973, at the South Pacific Hotel, Auckland, Cobb & Co have continued to provide a service that customers both want and appreciate. Now there are over 15 restaurants around New Zealand that fly the Cobb & Co flag with several more due to open within the next couple of years.

Signal was engaged by Cobb & Co Restaurants Ltd for Project and Construction Management of the ongoing restaurant development programme.

Under Signal's management new restaurants were built for Cobb & Co in Christchurch, Wellington, Rotorua and Napier.
