Signal was engaged by Logan Park High School to carry out a condition assessment of the school's buildings, infrastructure and grounds, and to subsequently prepare the school's 10 Year Property Plan for future development.

Signal has since been engaged to project manage the planning, design and construction of the school's 5YA projects. These include relocation of the information centre, redevelopment of the musing and performance suites, gymnasium changing room alterations and various classroom upgrades.

Previous projects completed at the school include upgrading a food technology room, art department, fabrics room, special needs facilities and entrance canopy. These upgrades were completed in line with the Ministry of Education's "innovative learning environment" policy guidelines.
