Signal was engaged by the Ministry of Education to project manage the planning, design and construction of the school's new administration, library and teaching facilities at Taieri College.

Together with the new construction, the project also included the demolition of the existing 'A' Block, the temporary relocation of the administration facilities and a significant amount of infrastructure replacement within the site.

The project consists of three separate 'pods':

An administration building incorporating offices, staffroom and public reception area.
An information centre which includes the library, several study areas and one general teaching space.
A classroom pod containing two science laboratories, a computer suite, general teaching space and a breakout area.
Construction of the $4.3m project is scheduled for completion in October 2015.
