A new structural steel frame is now in place for a 215m2 extension to Dunedin Airport's baggage handling area. The project, started in December last year, includes a major reconfiguration and expansion of the baggage handling system, which will nearly double the length of the conveyor and bring in new scanning equipment. The project is expected to be completed around the end February 2017.
Signal has been engaged by Dunedin Airport to manage the design and construction of the expanded baggage handing facilities.
