Since 2006, Signal Management Group have managed one of the largest land development projects in the Wakatipu basin; Millbrook Resort's ongoing Millbrook West expansion.
The fourth stage of this development project is one of the largest with over 60,000 cubic metres of soil and rock moved and nearly 6,000 tonnes of stone walls built in the creation of the new residential alotments.
Completion of Stage 3B will be in March 2015. Planning of the next stage, Stage 3C, is already well underway.
