Aidanfield Christian School is a state integrated school located in the south western part of Christchurch City. It provides a Christian education to students from Year 0 to Year 10.
Signal Management Group was engaged by the school's proprietor board to complete the project after the design and build contractor that had been orignally engaged went into receivership with the building work only just started. Using Integrated Project and Construction Management, Signal engaged the services of most of the existing specialist trade contractors and re-tendered elements of work to the market where no contracts were in place.
